    the calisthenics beginners guide is such a thought out guide with so much love and care put into it that it’s obvious just from the first few pages, with recommendations for those who have already begun a journey and the complete basics for those just starting out it’s definitely a resource i would recommend to anyone who wants to start calisthenics and is feeling overwhelmed with the thought of not knowing where to begin. i bought the guide after some thinking of where to start and it really helped me understand that the only real equipment i need is enough space on ground below me to lay in a plank and a bar to hang off, although i haven’t made much progress i can say without a doubt that if it weren’t for malks beginner guide to calisthenics i wouldn’t have even started trying
